-In depth critiques of products/services….that’s what Consumer Reports is for. I’m not trying to reinvent the wheel here. I will include any pain points though if it’s warranted and any comparisons of a product I’ve used before.
-Stories of products/services that I despise….there’s enough bad in the world. This is my happy place, and I want it to be yours too.

Customer experience is a passion point for me. I’m always evaluating and strategizing in my brain on ways it can be improved. I worked nine years for a Fortune 150 Company which is renown for its customer service and have direct experience evaluating, strategizing, and executing customer experience enhancements.
I truly value honesty and always want to be providing you product suggestions with the highest integrity possible.
I’m also a wife, mother of two young daughters, sister, daughter, friend, been a working mom, stay-at-home mom, and overall basic human being on this planet. So, you’ll notice my tips and tales will stem from those point of views.
